My Pledge to sellers

 1.  Our agreement will entitle you to work with Century 21 Scheetz, the   When you work with m#1 real estate office in all of Indiana and the #5 Century 21 office in the country!e and my team, you not only have me working for you, but you have a full time staff  handling your marketing (flyers, brochures, etc.), downloading your listing to websites, answering phones, holding open houses, coordinating inspections, following up on all showings,  making sure all paperwork is in tact and more.    

2.  We'll do a comprehensive market study that will not only show you what homes in your neighborhood are listed for and have sold for, but we'll also at your convenience show you the homes that you are competing with.  You'll see the competition first hand and see how your home stacks up as well as get ideas to make your home the first home sold.  

3.  I will personally follow up weekly with you with progress reports and ideas for you to consider as well as to get your thoughts concerning our progress.    

4.  When appropriate, I’ll hire a professional stager (at no cost to you) to evaluate and give written recommendations in order to shorten the sale time and increase the sale price of your home. 

5.  You will benefit from our Proquest Technology Instant Info Hotline System specific to your home for the lead capture of potential buyers. 

6.  Your home will have its own website containing multiple pictures and marketing verbiage which will be marketed in all our advertising to attract more buyers.

7.  Your home will be marketed to our nationally recognized relocation department to market to clients looking for homes in your area.  We sell hundreds of homes every year to buyers moving to the Indianapolis market from out of the area, out of the state and even out of the country.  

8.  A professional photographer will take all pictures and do a virtual tour in order to have the best possible pictures and marketing available for attracting buyers. 

9.  We will download photos to over 20 different websites including the most viewed buyer sites in the country such as Realtor.com, Craig’s List, Century 21, Yahoo, MIBOR and even YouTube.

10.  We will provide inside and outside brochures and flyers with marketing designed to attract more buyers.

11.  I, or one of my team, will hold regularly scheduled “open houses” at your home.        

12.  We will market your home to your neighborhood with “just listed” postcards in order to make sure your neighbors are aware your home is for sale in the event they have friends and/or family who have expressed an interest in the neighborhood.
